We know there are many options out there for receiving Therapeutic Massage and other Wellness services, so we truly appreciate you choosing us!  Our therapists work By Appointment Only, which means that our hours of operation vary daily. 

Because of this and the fact that we may be "in session" when you call, we may not be available to answer the phone at the exact time you attempt to reach us.  However, never fear...we really do care about your call, so if we happen to miss you at that moment, just leave us a detailed message & we'll be sure to return your call at our earliest convenience.  Thanks for your understanding!

Also, our friendly part-time Receptionist Vicki is available to take calls during most weekday afternoons, so this is a recommended time to give us a ring.  We do like to give her an occasional lunch break or day off though (!), so just in case she's out of the office when you call or happens to be assisting a client on another line, you may use the following list to help direct your call the right way.     

PS--Since Vista Massage & Wellness Studio has a large group of practitioners (which is a good thing, right?!) we realize it can take awhile to wait through our voicemail greeting--we appreciate your patience.  On the plus side, you may dial your therapist's extension at any time during the message, so you're welcome to use this handy directory as a guide to make your wait time shorter!
