Beth has been an important part of Vista Massage & Wellness Studio since 2006.  She'

Note from Beth: "I've always appreciated the art of bodywork, but it wasn't until I received a massage myself that I began to understand what wonderful benefits can come from this art. When I started learning about massage and then practicing it, I realized that it is as natural and wonderful to offer the gift to others as it is to receive it. I am so grateful to be called to this profession to help others find comfort, stress relief and pain reduction."  You may contact Beth Berg at Beth@VistaMassageTherapy.com.

Inner Peace & Healing
by Laura Knapke

Laura Knapke is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Tantra Kriya Yoga Teacher, Certified Life Coach, and is currently in the Shamanic Priestess Ordination Process.  Laura offers a unique blend of intuitive services to help people heal, connect & become more empowered to live richer, fuller lives.  Her services include Healing Massage Therapy, Low Back/Sciatic Treatments, Energy Work, Psychic Readings, Life Coaching for Individuals or Couples, Emotional Healing & Emotional Freedom Technique, Yoga, Tantra Meditation & Divine Feminine Classes.

Note from Laura:  "It seems as if I have always been aware of my connection to something larger than myself.  I remember as a child communicating with God/Spirit.  From this connection, I was given a gift of deep knowing that painful or traumatic experiences I was having as a child were there to help me understand how to help others.

I have taken this belief with me throughout my life: that everything happens for a reason.  All is in divine order.  Faith has always been there to help me keep moving forward when it is hard.  In order to really know how to help others, I had to be willing to really live and do my own healing.  For years, I have been walking, running, flying & often times stumbling along my own path from dysfunction to wholeness! As I've grown into who I have become today, I am humbled by how many blessings I have received from walking this path of healing, courage, truth and of following my heart.  One of these blessings is to integrate all that I've learned & be of service to others along their paths.

My spiritual connection & my heart is where I do my work from.  I connect with spiritual energy from above, earth energy from below, and allow these energies to flow through me.  I open my heart and create a connection with people.  From this place of connection, and with the energies running through me, I become a channel for healing, peace, truth, love and empowerment.  I am grateful to be in compassionate loving service.  Many Blessings!  Laura" To speak with Laura about any of her services, you may contact her at Laura@VistaMassageTherapy.com.

Massage Therapies by Patty Wilczyk

Patty Wilczyk has been giving massage therapies since 1999.  She attended the Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics in Alexandra, Indiana, graduating with over 800 hours of training.  While there, she took the 80-hour Pfrimmer course, consisting of eight 10-hour days.  Pfrimmer is a very specific technique.  The Pfrimmer is a deep muscle massage, not a deep tissue massage.  Deep Tissue massage can be painful and of no effect if your therapist is not experienced.  Deep Muscle Massage is not painful when done correctly.  You might think, "no pain, no gain."  With the Pfrimmer technique, pain is not necessary, however, the actual pressure can vary if requested.  Pfrimmer is a cross-fiber technique which gets to all three layers of muscles without the pain.

Note from Patty:  "I have had many 'jobs' over the years, however, none have been as rewarding for me as using Massage Therapies to make people feel better.  I learned Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy and I've seen many many people recover from aches & pains that have plagued them for years!  I have given well over 2,000 massages & some clients I have massaged as a maintenance program for ten years!  I've gotten some massages where you go in with aches & pains, get a great-feeling massage and come out with aches & pains.  My goal is always to get you out of pain.  (Of course, I have been told repeatedly that my massage is awesome!)  If I can't make you feel better, I'll refer you to the correct medical professional who can."

To get in touch with Patty Wilczyk, you may email her at Patty@VistaMassageTherapy.com.  Thanks!
